  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 400g lamb mince
  • 3 teaspoons harissa Middle Eastern spice blend

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
