500g pkt Coles Australian Diced Butternut Pumpkin
600g pkt Coles Beef Ravioli
2 x 425g tubs Coles Nature’s Kitchen Pasta Sauce
1 cup (120g) coarsely grated pizza cheese
210g Nature’s Kitchen 5 Grain Ciabatta Filled with Garlic & Parsley Spread
How To Do Ravioli and pumpkin bake Recipe
Step 1Preheat oven to 220°C. Cook pumpkin following packet directions.
Step 2Cook ravioli in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2 mins or until tender. Drain.
Step 3Place one-third of the ravioli in a 6-cup (1. 5L) ovenproof dish. Top with one-third of the pumpkin, one-third of the pasta sauce and 1/4 cup (30g) cheese. Continue layering with the remaining ravioli, pumpkin, pasta sauce and cheese, finishing with cheese. Bake for 20 mins or until heated through and golden
Step 4Meanwhile, cook the ciabatta following packet directions.
Step 5Serve the ravioli bake with ciabatta.
